Trade access is offered to working interior designers, architects, contractors, and design firms based in or serving the Pune region. We may approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.
Pricing visible inside the trade portal is offered to you on a confidential basis. By accepting these terms you agree:
Each registered business entity may hold one trade account. Multiple accounts under different names but belonging to the same business, or accounts created by individuals not authorised by the business, are grounds for termination of all related accounts.
Information provided at registration must be accurate. We reserve the right to verify any claim — including business registration, contact details, and project portfolio — at any time. Misrepresentation in registration or in subsequent dealings is grounds for immediate termination and may be referred for legal action.
We may suspend or terminate trade access at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
Suspended accounts may be reinstated at our discretion. Terminated accounts cannot be reinstated; the individual would need to apply afresh subject to fresh review.
Your registration data, order history, and communication with us are used for account management, order fulfilment, and legitimate business operations only — including activity logging for fraud detection (see our Privacy Policy). We do not sell, share, or hire out your information to third parties.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the trade portal after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
(a) Dimensions you submit are the finished sizes. Where you choose an edge/cut allowance, the piece is cut larger by the amount selected — for circular pieces, allowance is applied as a radial offset, so a 12 mm radial allowance results in a piece 24 mm larger in overall diameter.
(b) For custom-shape orders, the dimensions and shape are determined by the design file you upload. Our design team reviews your file and provides an itemised quote including a design fee, material, cutting and other charges. The design fee reflects the time and expertise required to prepare your file for cutting.
(c) Custom-shape quotes are final once you approve them and the advance is received. We do not revise quotes upward based on actual effort. If you change the scope after approval (e.g. a revised file or extra elements), we may quote the additional work as new line items, but the original quote remains as quoted.
(d) If we determine we cannot fulfil a custom-shape request (unreadable file, geometry beyond our machine capability, or other technical reasons), we will tell you promptly and no charge applies for the rejected request.
(e) We may request clarification before quoting a custom shape. Our quote turnaround begins once we have enough information to quote, not from initial submission.
(a) Where you provide contact details for third parties — such as on-site carpenters, installers, or other project collaborators — you do so for the specific purpose of coordinating that order.
(b) We use third-party contact details only to coordinate the specific order they were provided for. We do not use them for marketing, promotional outreach, newsletter signups, or any other purpose.
(c) We retain third-party contact details only for the duration of the project and a reasonable period thereafter for support and audit purposes. They are not added to general marketing lists.
(d) You confirm that you have the consent of any third party whose contact details you share with us, for us to contact them to coordinate your order.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction vested exclusively in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
